Product Introduction


LONGI Hi-MO7 is based on design optimization of high-quality silicon wafers, cells and component packaging. Hi-MO7 provides a linear power warranty with an annual attenuation of no more than 0.4%. Compared with mainstream products, Hi-MO7 power increases by approximately 4.5%. , which can increase the corresponding installation capacity and bring comprehensive savings on single Wp brackets, inverters, cables, land and AC side equipment.


Product Advantage


1. Due to the higher bifacial rate (~80%) and better power temperature coefficient (-0.28%/℃), the power generation gain can reach 3% compared to the mainstream bifacial modules in the market.


2. Hi-MO 7 is a new generation of high-efficiency components launched by LONGi for the centralized market. This product uses n-type HPDC battery technology, and SMBB welding technology is applied on the component side. It includes products of two specifications: LR5 72HGD (2278mm*1134mm) and LR7 72HGD (2382mm*1134mm).

Hi-MO 7 modules have excellent power generation performance and product reliability. Based on high bifacial ratio and excellent power temperature coefficient, Hi-MO 7 is particularly suitable for application scenarios with high surface reflectivity, high temperature and limited land area in ground power stations.


3. HPDC (High Performance and Hybrid Passivated Dual-Junction Cell) is the abbreviation of composite passivated dual-junction battery and is an upgraded technology of HPC battery. The battery adopts high and low junctions, and achieves excellent global passivation effect and reduced light absorption by optimizing the film design and deposition process; introducing a local low-resistance contact layer on the front to further improve the battery efficiency; in addition, the front and back are also optimized Anti-reflective/low composite coatings and metallization solutions. The upgraded version of HPDC solar module cells has better conversion efficiency, power temperature coefficient and reliability.


4. The core value of Hi-MO 7 modules lies in system-side cost savings: M10 modules maximize the value advantages of large sizes in terms of large brackets, cables, inverters, and labor. The significant improvement in module efficiency this time can be used in limited applications. The area increases the installed capacity of the power station by 4.5%. In addition to saving the BOS cost in the photovoltaic field, it can also dilute the cost of AC end equipment.
